Welcoming Morten King-Grubert as our new U11-12 Boys Transistion Director & Outreach Director

At Colorado United, we believe soccer is more than a game - it's a platform for personal growth, leadership development,  and inclusion. Leveraging youth soccer as a tool, we know United can make a lasting community impact.

To deepen our commitment to youth empowerment and community connection, we’re excited to announce Morten King-Grubert as our new Outreach Director. With a strong background in stakeholder engagement, sports leadership, and youth development, Morten’s hiring reflects our continued investment in utilizing soccer as a tool for positive community-driven impact across Littleton, Englewood, Sheridan, and South Denver as a whole.

“We’re building more than players - we’re building futures. I’m excited to help expand programs that bring soccer, leadership, and employment opportunities to every corner of our community.”
Morten King-Grubert

From in-school PE activities and field days to after-school programs, inner-school leagues, and our inclusive TOPSoccer  initiative for kids with special needs, we are actively expanding our community outreach - especially in Title 1 schools and underserved neighborhoods. We proudly partner with schools like Hopkins, Little Raven, and Field Elementary to bring soccer to where it’s needed most.

Have an idea? Want to partner?

Reach out to Morten King-Grubert to explore how we can bring the game to your school or community.
