Conflict Resolution Policy


At Colorado United, we encourage open and respectful communication when addressing concerns. To promote thoughtful conversations, we ask all members to follow the 24-hour rule before raising an issue after a game, training session, or event.


Communication Guidelines


  • Coaching Staff Concerns
    Concerns involving coaches, assistant coaches, or team managers should first be addressed directly with the team’s head coach. If a resolution is not reached, please email the appropriate age-group
    Program Director.
  • Team-Related Concerns
    Questions or concerns about your child’s team should be discussed with the head coach at an appropriate time and setting. If further resolution is needed, please contact the appropriate
    Program Director via email.
  • Club Policies & Programs
    Concerns related to player development and club programs should be directed to the appropriate
    Program Director.
  • Administrative Matters
    Questions or concerns regarding club administration should be directed to the
    Executive Director.


If a resolution is not achieved after following the steps above, concerns may be escalated to:
