COLORADO UNITED NON-REFUNDABLE BOND:

Colorado United requires a non-refundable bond for the National Platform, Competitive, and Copa 2026/2027 registration. The non-refundable bond amount will be included in the first payment made. This deposit is for administrative fees and other fixed costs incurred by Colorado United associated with this registration.


COLORADO UNITED REFUND POLICY:  

Colorado United maintains a no-refund policy except for Family Relocations or Injury considerations.

  • Refund exceptions will only be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following:
  • Family relocations: The move must be more than 50 miles from the primary residence and during the first half of the season. The request must be made in writing within 14 days of the move, and documentation of the new family residence address must be provided. Only a portion of the fees paid will be considered for refund. Any refund calculation is based on the full calendar month.
  • Injury: A refund will be considered for a player injury when the player is no longer able to participate for the remainder of the season and must be documented by a physician. Only a portion of the fees paid will be considered for refund. Any refund calculation is based on the full calendar month(s) of non-participation. The definition of non-participation is that the player cannot fully participate in team activities, which is determined by the Colorado United Children’s Hospital Athletic Trainer and a Physician, and submitted via written documentation.
  • A refund request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the determination of non-participation.


FORCE MAJEURE

Colorado United shall not be liable or responsible for refunds for failure, cancellation, suspension, postponement, delay, or shortening in services resulting from a Force Majeure Event, inclusive of causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; field closures; labor disputes; equipment failure; war; terrorism; riot; acts of civil or military authorities; epidemics; pandemics; floods; fires; unusual severe weather conditions; accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the registration was made.
