Description: Challenge each player's technical development through focused, high-level repetition drills, and small-sided game challenges. Players will focus on the fine details of their technique to help improve their speed of play and decision making effectiveness within the game. Included in the program is identifying ways to increase Mental and Physical performance.

Description: Learn and be challenged through small sided games. Emphasis will be to develop players technical, tactical and decision making skills in a fun but challenging way.

Superskills Technical Training
Description: The focus will be on refining individual technique and enhancing each player’s speed of play. SuperSkills sessions are structured to provide an additional opportunity for players to sharpen their technical ability and proficiency, working the majority of the time with a 1:1 player-to-ball ratio to maximize repetitions and touches. Each player can expect to get 600-900 touches per session.
Players will be challenged in a high-tempo, competitive environment, helping them prepare both technically and mentally for the upcoming spring season.
