Colorado United Jersey Instagram Contest Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
   The promoter is United Soccer Club / Littleton Soccer Club LLC (company number [number]), whose registered office is 6558 South Acoma St., Littleton, CO 80120.
2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to residents of the United States, except employees of United Soccer Club, their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. No purchase necessary
   There is no entry fee and no purchase is required to enter this competition.
4. Acceptance of terms
   By entering this competition, an entrant confirms their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. How to enter
   This promotion is run on Instagram.
6. Entry limits
   Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Opening and closing dates
   The competition opens on 4/24/2026 and closes at 11:59pm MT on 4/30/2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
8. No responsibility for entries not received
   The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason.
9. Competition rules
   To enter the competition, entrants must: make a video telling or showing what the Colorado United jersey means to them, upload it to Instagram, tag the ColoradoUnitedSoccer account, and use the hashtag #26UnitedKit. Entrants must be following @coloradounitedsoccer on Instagram at the time of entry and winner selection. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The competition may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice where necessary.
   
10. Right to amend or cancel
    The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside the promoter’s control or any breach of applicable law or regulation.
11. Prize details
    The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
12. The prize
    The prize is $200 gift card to Capelli Sport. The gift card will come as an electronic discount code to use on the Capelli website. The gift card cannot be used for mandatory items (i.e., required player kits).
    No cash or alternative prizes will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
13. Winner selection
    The winner will be chosen by a judging panel from all valid entries received.
    The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
14. Winner notification
    The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 5 days of the closing date.
    The promoter will only ever contact the winner via their official account.
    If the winner does not respond within 2 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
15. Prize delivery
    The promoter will contact the winner to arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
16. Final decision
    The promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Governing law
    The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
18. Data protection
    Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with US data protection legislation.

19. Publicity
    The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or any other social network.
22. Scam awareness
    The promoter will never ask for payment, bank details or login information in order to claim a prize. Entrants should be aware of fake accounts and report any suspicious activity directly to the relevant social media platform.
