The Kick It 3v3 Soccer Tour is coming to Littleton!!  For the 4th year, Colorado United/LSC will once again host the Kick It 3v3 Tournament on June 16-17th, 2012!!  For details on the tournament, or to find out infomation about the United Summer 3v3 Program, go the the Programs tab - Summer 3v3.  To register for the tournament, click HERE!

  Colorado United Congratulates the Class of 2012 on National Signing Day!

We are very proud of this committed group of Seniors for both their Academic and Athletic accomplishments!  Colorado United provides an excellent platform to expose our players to college coaches accross the country, yet without the continuous hard work, dedication and performance of these talented young adults, they would not have been able to reach their goals of attending and playing soccer in college.

  Colorado Youth Soccer (“CYS”) recognized Greg Sumlin from Littleton Soccer as the Recreational Coach of the Year at its Annual Awards Gala Saturday night. This is the highest honor available for a recreational coach by CYS and Greg is deserving of this recognition. His service to our Club began in 1996 as a part-time Director of Recreational Soccer where he developed the first-ever recreational player and coaching curriculum. He later was a volunteer coach for his three children’s team and coached several competitive teams. Since 2001 he has led the special needs program (TOPS) for Littleton Soccer and recently has been deeply involved with our Outreach Program with Littleton Public Schools (“LPS”). Professionally, he is the principal of East Elementary, a LPS school, which was recognized in December by the Colorado Department of Education for excellence in student achievement. Greg’s youngest daughter continues to play soccer for our U17 White team.

 CYS also recognized the following individuals that we designated as the Littleton Soccer/Colorado United Coach of the Year in these categories:

            Competitive Girls: Dante Burks

            Competitive Boys: Jerry Ortega

            Recreational Girls: Lisa Kothe

            Recreational Boys: Greg Sumlin

 We are fortunate to have each of these outstanding individuals coaching in Littleton Soccer/Colorado United. Please join me in congratulating and thanking them for their significant contribution.
