Registration Instructions/Options

There are 3 ways to register:

1. If your child "plays up" (many August/September birthdays do this, see the Age Groups Page for more info), you need a Registration Form. Click HERE for one.

2. You can visit the LSC Office (click HERE for map) anytime during business hours (Tue-Fri, 11:30-5:30) to register your player and pay with Cash, Check, Visa, MC, or Discover. Live registration takes about 5-10 minutes.

3. Read the instructions below, then:

a. Returning players/families will need your username/password. The login page will allow you to reset yours if you've lost them.

b. New families will hit the 'Add New Family' button and follow the prompts.

c. If you played on a team the previous season, you will have the option to return to your last team or pick 'New to LSC/Request New Team'. If your previous team is full or you play up, you will not see your team as a selection. Put any information you can in the Notes Box (found under the Parent Volunteer Section) to aid in team placement.

d. For families with Pending Credits or Scholarship applications, this process takes time. If team placement is important, it is recommened that you complete the registration process, and any credits or approved scholarships can be refunded to you.

f. Click HERE for a Refund Request Form. Full refunds are only granted when a family moves, a player is injured prior to the start of the season, or if LSC cannot place you on a team. Otherwise, credits or partial refunds may be offered.
