The U9 year is a very important age for the players at Colorado United. For the first time, players are given the opportunity to register for a specialized program that is designed for the "committed soccer player". Regardless of ability level, players who love soccer and are passionate about learning are a perfect fit for the Academy Program. Players and team coaches in the Academy program receive the highest level of coaching from the Colorado United staff as well as additional assistance during games and all activities. The primary goal of the U9 Academy Program is to develop creative, fundamentally sound, skillful soccer players. The program is designed to teach individual skills in a fun and challenging environment.
