General Introduction:
Physical Fitness is the core from which strong and healthy athletes originate. Our goal is to teach the essentials of how to carry and use the body to its utmost functional potential. Colorado United athletes will develop and maintain a level of strength and flexibility that will allow competitiveness at all ages and instill proper training habits to mirror their commitment to soccer. Through fitness work an emphasis will be placed on bridging the psychological connection between the body and the sport, with a desired outcome of increasing commitment and competitive ability.
